Spring is in full bloom and with it comes a fresh wave of inspiration and new beginnings. As the days get longer and the weather warms up, I’ve found myself embracing this change in pace with the incorporation of new items and practices into my usual routine. From a candle that smells Heavenly to a fruit bowl combination that screams tropical, these are my most recent obsessions, as someone who gets hyper-fixated on things for a month at a time.

The pastel-green SNS set I recently got to commemorate the start of spring. Another honorable obsession mention is Future’s I Serve the Bass, which I’ve been listening to on repeat these past few weeks. Cheers to Dirty Sprite 2 and trying out new nail colors.

A practice I’ve started conducting in my life to reinforce how love is around us all the time is looking for hearts in everyday objects. Since I started doing this, they’ve taken the form of leaves, strands of hair in the shower drain, and most recently, the reflection from my martini glass when I got dinner with my grandparents this past week.

THIS!!!! CANDLE!!!!!!!!! I have never smelt something better. It’s Heaven in a jar. I have to restrain myself from sinking my teeth into it.

The fruit bowl combination that is dried mango from Trader Joe’s and chopped kiwi. It tastes like a tropical explosion, and the juxtaposition of textures makes it oh so addictive.

A *toxic* obsession I’ve had as of late is not checking my bank account. I’m way too busy checking items off my senior year bucket list and having a ball to check my statements. I’ll cross that bridge when we reach the next billing cycle.

Another obsession I’ve had lately is making otherwise ‘casual’ outfits more dressy through the use of gold accessories. It’s so effortless, yet screams glamour, and is a styling method I’ll be bringing into the summer months with me as well. I got the pictured shoes from NAKD, and the purse is Zara from four years ago, but here’s a similar item from NAKD!

Pisco Sours!!!! I first tried this drink while on a girl’s trip to Miami this past October with my roommates Megan and Shea and life hasn’t been the same since. The citrus flavor topped off with a sweet egg white foam makes for yet another addictive combination. Bonus: they always seem to have cute little orange hearts dolloped on top!

We’re taking it back six years in time to sophomore year of high school when HUJI was all the craze and are bringing it back in full swing. It’s been such a fun way to candidly capture memories, and the different effects it puts on each photo make it a no-brainer to use on nights out.
