five years ago during quarantine i decided to turn my life around.
i finally faced all of the negative patterns that were running the show in my life, and worked towards healing all of the anxiety and repressed emotions i held for years.
to do so, i tried everything under the sun.
soaked up the text of self-help books like a sponge.
journaled until i didn’t have any thoughts left.
created a morning routine of steel.
and most importantly, reconnected with my belief in God.
in an attempt to share this knowledge with anyone who finds themselves at rock bottom and needing a way forward, i’ve created a “challenge” of sorts.
for the next 21 days, i will be sharing a different tools, modalities and exercises to help you get your sparkle back and create a life that you are excited to live, day in and day out.
The Bright Eyed and Bushy Tailed Series will be broken up into three different weeks, where each will have a specific focus and tasks to follow!
WEEK 1 – BUILDING THE FOUNDATION
this week is centered around reflection and journaling, designed to help us gain the deep self-knowledge that comes from truly understanding who we are. through a series of thoughtful prompts and exercises, we’ll be digging deep—leaving no stone unturned and courageously exploring every part of ourselves. because knowledge is power, and when we’re able to face all aspects of who we are without judgment, we unlock the potential to become everything we’re meant to be—and more.
WEEK 2 – EXPERIMENTATION & ANALYSIS
we will be intentionally switching things up to help expand the boundaries of who we believe ourselves to be. this will include some boots on the ground fieldwork, where anything that happens during Week 2 will be taken back to the lab for further analysis.
WEEK 3 – INTEGRATION & BUILDING YOUR TOOLBOX
all of our learnings will be incorporated to help sustain the growth it takes towards becoming the person you’ve always wanted to be through solidifying the BEABT mentality and adding some grounding tools to your toolbox.
TOOLS – AN OPEN MIND, BLANK PAPER & DETERMINATION
even though i will be right here holding your hand throughout the process, you are the one who is going to have to slay the dragons within. so the most important non-tangible things you’re going to need to keep a mind that is open and a bffr attitude to see things for how they really are, and the grace to not judge yourself for all of the pivots you make along the way. i would also recommend getting a journal to keep responses from the reflective shared throughout Week 1, as well as anything you notice from the exercises in Week 2. some tissues could be good too.
get ready to become BRIGHT EYED AND BUSHY TAILEDDDDD!!
i’ll see you back here tomorrow:)
💘, HANNA
