day 8: releasing guilt and taking aligned action

for Day 8 of The Bright Eyed and Bushy Tailed Series, we’re focusing on a major block that holds so many of us back: guilt. specifically, today’s challenge is to release guilt by showing up differently in your day-to-day life.

think about the little things that quietly weigh you down — the subtle guilt, shame, or remorse you carry without even noticing. today, you’re invited to flip the script. take one small, tangible action that breaks that cycle.

here are some examples to spark ideas:

  • not sending your best friend someone’s Instagram post
  • eating the cake just because it looks amazing — YOLOOOOO
  • saying “no” to plans you don’t actually want to attend — and trusting that your peace matters more than people-pleasing
  • in my case today: releasing the guilt around investing in my health and wellness. i finally took the leap and bought those Arrae supplements i’ve been eyeing forever!!!

at the end of the day, living your dream life is a natural side effect of becoming your dream self. every aligned action, no matter how small, sends a powerful message to your brain that you are worthy of joy, ease, and fulfillment — right now, not “someday.”

sometimes self-development isn’t about adding more rules — it’s about knowing when to let go. it’s all about balance, baby!!

so today, give yourself permission to stop restricting, stop doubting, and simply act in a way that feels aligned to your highest self.
