day 20: the golden bubble meditation

protecting your energy can be seamless and fun if you let it be,

and one of my FAVORITE ways to remind myself that i’m Divinely protected and guided always is through the golden bubble meditation.

first imagine a golden light shooting out of your head and upwards into the sky,

then another from your feet and into the ground,

and then one last beam that spans outward in front and behind you from your heart that connects the other two points to create a sort of force field (kind of like the star level-up in Mario Kart).

although it only takes seconds to do, this meditation can literally serve as a repellant to energy you don’t claim and subconsciously helps to remind you that you don’t have to carry baggage that isn’t yours.

if you find yourself around external stressors and chaos, you can just remind yourself that you have your magical sparkly force field and keep going on your merry way:)!
