sometimes, growth doesn’t come in the form of big wins or major breakthroughs. sometimes, it means doing less, not more.
so for the final day of The Bright Eyed and Bushy Tailed Series, the invitation is to gently accept the truth that giving yourself grace is just as valuable as the effort it takes to grow.
there will be seasons where change feels slow and your energy is low, but that’s not a sign that you’re failing — it’s a reminder that you’re human.
transformation doesn’t happen overnight. and when we try to force it, we end up tightening the knot rather than letting the string unravel itself.
so today’s gentle challenge is to mentally let the idea go when something causes you to feel behind, like there’s a weight on your shoulders, or like you ‘should’ be doing it.
whatever “unraveling” looks like for you — honor it.
showing up in tiny ways counts. slow growth is real growth, because when you build with the intention of building a foundation grounded in grace and good intentions, you’ll be able to create a structure that actually lasts.
i hope after these 21 days that you are feeling more bright eyed and bushy tailed than you did at Day 1, and here’s to you making the most of the life that’s in front of you <3.
💘, HANNA
