has involved…….

carrying all my belongings up many, many, many flights of stairs,

unpacking said belongings and organizing my little corner of NYC,

exploring different neighborhoods,

getting a job!!!!,

and trying out lots of yummy food!

although this is likely the biggest risk i’ve taken in my life, it’s also the first big decision that i feel 100% committed to and like it’s 100% the right choice. even though the conditions weren’t ideal at the time of making the leap without having a job, it all ended up working out as it always does. even if there are uncertainties, if you can’t shake the feeling of carrying something out in your life, it is your responsibility to see it through. you’d be surprised all of the places life takes you when you follow your heart, and i’m so glad it led me here. i am so excited to see all the people i’ll be able to meet, experiences to be had and ways i’ll be able to grow. and it’s only the beginning!!
